Dr Ramsay McFarlane

Dr Ramsay McFarlane is a Senior Lecturer in Biomedical Sciences at Bangor University and Director of Ceridwen Oncology. Having joined Bangor University in 1998, Dr McFarlane established his research group in the North West Cancer Research Institute, investigating the genetic instability of cancer cells and uncovering cancer-specific genes for use in new diagnostic and therapeutic strategies. With a strong track record of publications and a spinout company developing new cancer treatments, Dr McFarlane is advancing our understanding of cancer and its treatment.
