Jemma McLean

Jemma MacLean is a Director at Insight HRC and joined the Board of Trustees in February 2023. She is an experienced HR professional who has worked with senior teams in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors and is passionate about creating the conditions that enable individuals and teams to thrive. Jemma brings an informed, collaborative approach to her work and is very people-centric, joining the dots between developing really great leadership behaviours and enhanced team performance. 

Jemma really believes in the power of building strong connections. She enjoys bringing people together to share and learn from each other and gets a real buzz from seeing the value and progress that collaborative relationships bring to team and organisational effectiveness. She has high expectations of herself and others and drives people to achieve their very best.
